Designed and Engineered in Istanbul, Built to Last
Pilateras designs and manufactures premium, professional-grade Pilates equipment from our workshop in Istanbul. Every Reformer, Tower Reformer, Piwall, and Combo Cadillac we build is the result of a simple belief: equipment that performs precisely should also be built precisely.
Craftsmanship
Each frame is built by hand, in small batches, by craftspeople who understand both woodworking and mechanical assembly. We favor deliberate, unhurried construction over mass production, because the fit and finish of a Reformer directly affects how it feels — and performs — under load, session after session.
Engineering
Behind every clean surface is a system of calibrated tolerances: spring resistance curves, carriage travel, pulley alignment, and frame rigidity are all engineered, tested, and re-tested before a design reaches production. We treat Pilates equipment as a mechanical system first, and a piece of furniture second.
Materials
We build with steel-enhanced hardwood frames and stainless steel components, selected for long-term durability in high-usage studio environments. Materials are chosen to age well — resisting wear, corrosion, and the daily demands of professional training — rather than simply to look good on delivery day.
